Pagliai's (pronounced Polly-Eyes) is truly a family restaurant with more than high chairs and coloring sheets. We offer a free indoor playpark and two game rooms for people of all ages.
The Pagliai's family is originally from Italy and the recipes for our sauces, dough and meats are all truly Italian. Many of our competitors say they have the best food products — but we know their dough may have come on a truck and is several days old, or frozen. Many use canned mushrooms and dehydrated vegetables. Most use frozen packaged meat available at any grocery store.

Wisconsin Mozzarella
Our cheeses come from a Wisconsin-based Italian family specializing in Italian cheeses. They contract with local farmers and require a special cow diet daily to guarantee the best milk — and the best cheese — every single day.
California Tomatoes
Our tomato products come from an Italian family in California that owns the land, crop, equipment, and manufacturing plant. They guarantee no concentrated products — every tomato is canned within 24 hours of picking. Always fresh.
Daily Fresh Dough
All of our dough is made fresh daily with the finest flour we can buy. We cook on brick at 600–650° to deliver the taste of old-country cooking. Our ovens cook slowly and evenly, giving you a cracker-style crust that is firm and crunchy.
Freshly Ground Meats
We grind our own beef sirloin and prepare our Italian sausage from fresh Boston butts in-house. No frozen packaged meat here — just quality you can taste in every bite.
Fresh Vegetables
Every vegetable and mushroom is fresh and sliced by hand. No canned mushrooms, no dehydrated vegetables — just the real thing, every time.
Brick Oven Cooking
